Fieldwork

A practice making considered homes rooted in their landscape.

The studio

An intentionally small, hands-on practice. We design a few houses at a time, in close conversation with the people who will live in them and the land they sit on.

Every project begins with the site (its light, its slope, its material grain) and ends with rooms that feel inevitable. We work in board-marked concrete, rammed earth and timber, and we credit the craftspeople and photographers who make the work what it is.
